Made to order

Every piece is printed to order, so we cannot take it back for a change of mind.

If something is wrong

If your print arrives damaged or is not as described, tell us within 5 days of delivery. We will replace it or refund you in full, at no cost to you.

How to tell us

2. Send clear photos of the print and the packaging, and your order details.
3. We will reply with the next step.

Refunds

Approved refunds are paid back by the same method you used to pay us. We will tell you how long it will take when we approve the refund.

Custom frames

If we arranged a custom frame for you, we will agree the return terms for it with you before it is made.
