Privacy policy

The short version

This website does not have accounts, a shopping cart or online payments. We keep no database of visitors. We only receive your details when you choose to message us.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry. The enquiry forms on this site (on a product page and on the Contact page) write your message into a WhatsApp chat with us. Whatever you type, such as your name, email address and phone number, is sent to us through WhatsApp when you press send in WhatsApp. WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to that conversation.

When you email us. We receive your email address and whatever you write.

Website visits. This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies and does not store information in your browser. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, to arrange a quote, printing and delivery, and to keep a record of the order. For an order we need your name, delivery address and phone number to ship it.

Who we share it with

We share your delivery details with the courier that delivers your order. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and order records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet tax and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise them.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop messaging you, at any time by writing to artificationstudios@gmail.com. We will not message you for marketing without your agreement, and every such message will say how to opt out.
