Orders placed will be shipped within 48-72 hours and delivered to you within 3-10 business days. This shipping only includes orders within India across all States and Union territories. We do not provide Cash On Delivery services as of now, but promise to take responsibility for any liability that occurs before the order is delivered to you.
We offer free shipping on all paid orders (Minimum Value Rs. 999/-) in India.

All the shipping charges for orders outside India will be covered by the customer. All international location orders may attract local duties applicable if any, in that country and the customer will have to pay locally in accordance with the law in their country.
Shipping agencies do not offer cash on delivery services for international locations.
Customers are obliged to choose a courier service of their own choice for International Orders.
TRACK YOUR ORDERS
Once your order is shipped, we will email/SMS you the shipment tracking details. You can easily track your order by filling details like order id and billing E-mail ID online by visiting our website. You can also check the status of your shipment in the Orders history in your profile at www.artificationstudios.com.

DELIVERY POLICY
Orders to metro and two-tier cities are usually delivered within 3-10 working days.
Orders to remote locations take about 5-12 working days.
For areas with no reputed courier services – products will be shipped through Indian Postal Services which may take 1-2 weeks’ time depending on the location.
UNDELIVERED SHIPMENTS
In cases where the product is returned to origin, if the customer has paid online, the product will be reshipped once more. If it is returned to origin the second time, the product will neither be reshipped nor will the amount be refunded.
In case shipments get untraceable/lost, in case of online orders, a new shipment will be initiated without re-payment by the customer.
PACKAGING
We use good quality frames as well as paper to make our products out of the ordinary . Our products are also packaged to provide sufficient ‘headspace’ to minimize content Breakage. We deliver or products wrapped in cardboard with our best effort to prevent it from breaking while in transit.
