No refund shall be made once the goods are sold. Shipping costs will be charged to ship exchanged products.

Paid Delivery order once delivered can only be returned if there is a problem with the product such as wrong product shipped, improper label, broken product etc. We will exchange the product after speaking to the customer within 2 – 5 Working days. Payment mode would be as requested by the customer (For ex. UPI, bank Transfer etc). For this, it is important that we are informed within 48hours of the delivery with proper proof of the reason for exchange. Artification Studios Comapany is not responsible for any damage caused after the delivery and unboxing of the product. If the parcel is not in proper condition – we suggest do not receive the parcel.

 
 

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in actual packaging with the original receipt and tags intact and undamaged.

  • If the product has a gift associated with it, the gift has to be returned along with the product in original condition

  • For all purchases where a discount voucher or promotion code is used, the refund amount shall exclude the discount applied

  • Product purchased under clearance sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Returns and exchange requests will be approved after the returned product is checked and approved by our team.

  • Damages due to neglect, improper usage, or wrong application will not be covered under this Policy.

  • Once your return request has been approved, it will take about 4-7 working days to complete the process.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Listed products out of stock usually do not permit sale. However, if the order has been placed on an out of the stock item, we will contact you within 2 working days to update you on its non-availability. We will refund your amount. Many items sold at www.artificationstudios.com are seasonal and their availability is only for a short period of time just because we do not use chemicals & preservatives. Hence, we apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.

For orders cancelled by Artification Studios Comapany because of any unavoidable reason, full payment will be refunded. But if order is cancelled by the buyer, then 2.5% of payment gateway fee will be deducted and if order is cancelled after the shipment, then 2.5% of payment gateway and shipment charges will be deducted.
